We want you to enjoy our toys as much as we do, which is why we offer a no quibble refund policy. If you want to return any product for any reason you can do so within 10 days and we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item.
All we ask is that the product is in a saleable condition upon return to us. If you are returning products please ensure they are safely packaged and you obtain a certificate of postage (free from any post office).
After 10 days we will provide a gift certificate to the value of the product returned (again provided it is in saleable condition) for you to use on any item from Laughing Bear Toys.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
